2022 Marketplace Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment (OE) for 2022 Marketplace health coverage begins on November 1, 2021 and runs through January 15, 2022 for all states that use HealthCare.gov. However, consumers should enroll by December 15, 2021 for coverage that starts on January 1, 2022.

In states that do not use HealthCare.gov, the Open Enrollment (OE) window for 2022 Marketplace coverage may vary. View the table below for more information about 2022 Open Enrollment windows, as well as Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs) and other opportunities for 2021 coverage, in states with state-based exchanges (SBEs). This page will be updated as new information becomes available.
