The Basics of Medicare Eligibility for RWHAP Clients

In this, the first installment of a three-part webinar series on Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid dual eligibility, learn about the basics of Medicare eligibility, coverage, and enrollment pathways for people with HIV.

Presenters will describe each of the parts of Medicare (A, B, and D) and what they cover, the differences between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C), and the common enrollment pathways. The session will incorporate polls and knowledge checks to reinforce key concepts as well as showcase ACE TA Center tools that can support Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) case managers and enrollment assisters working with Medicare-eligible clients.
