HRSA HAB is hosting a technical assistance (TA) webinar on the “imposition of charges” statutory requirement for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP).

What is Imposition of Charges?

Imposition of charges is a term used to describe all activities, policies, and procedures related to assessing RWHAP patient charges as outlined in the RWHAP legislation. This is a complex statutory requirement that can be challenging to implement appropriately.  All HRSA RWHAP recipients, subrecipients, and other stakeholders are encouraged to attend.
