This session, the second webinar in our five-part series, focuses on the critical role of psychosocial care and supportive services in improving the quality of life for older adults with HIV. During this session, providers from Colorado Health Network, Inc. and Family Health Centers of San Diego will share insights on addressing mental health challenges, incorporating community-based support, and improving psychosocial outcomes through integrated care models.

Presenters will highlight their work as part of the HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part F SPNS Aging with HIV Initiative that supports and evaluates emerging interventions to comprehensively screen and manage comorbidities, geriatric conditions, behavioral health, and psychosocial needs of people with HIV aged 50 years and older.
