Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) jurisdictions will learn about the role federally qualified health centers play in the care of people who are uninsured and medically underserved, including people with HIV.

Speakers from the National Association of Community Health Centers and the Iowa Primary Care Association will:
- Highlight the infrastructure within your jurisdiction’s local community health centers
- Describe the role NACHC plays at the state and national level to assist those health centers in improving patient outcomes
- Review how a partnership developed with a state health department grew to include a telehealth model of care
- Showcase how public health/primary care partnerships have helped both parties to address, head-on, the COVID-19 pandemic
