SPNS & Innovation Projects

HRSA supports HIV care innovation through programs such as Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) and similar projects. These projects test models in Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) settings over multiple years, evaluating the design, implementation, utilization, cost, and health-related outcomes. Models that work are then promoted for dissemination and replication by other agencies.

This page lists these innovation projects and resources developed by each. (See also the Advanced Search, which includes a broader array of RWHAP replication resources and job tools, filterable by topic, source, type, and date.)
