The Center for Quality Improvement & Innovation (CQII) is excited to announce the posting of an exciting new job opportunity to lead the national CQII program, its staff, and the pool of nationally recognized quality improvement (QI) coaches. CQII has been at the forefront of implementing innovative offerings to build capacity for QI among Ryan White-funded providers and individuals living with HIV.

Since its inception in 2004, CQII has provided continuous leadership in QI for providers across the country and has become the premier HIV technical assistance QI center in the U.S. CQII has successfully engaged over 90% of all RWHAP recipients, graduated ~1,800 individuals from over 50 three-day QI trainings, and reached 50% of recipients in learning collaboratives. More importantly, engagement in these activities was associated with measurable improvements in health outcomes.
The responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of virtual and in-person quality improvement learning collaboratives, prioritization and conceptualization of QI training offerings, and program evaluation including analyses associated with the effectiveness of education and training strategies. The incumbent will work collaboratively with all CQII partners in coordinating education and training offerings and supervise a wonderful staff of dedicated professionals.
