Evaluating eHE Impact

In this workshop series, participants delve into the importance of incorporating systems thinking into monitoring and evaluation (M&E) planning, how to create an M&E plan that allows jurisdictions to show progress using process and outcome measures, and how to utilize M&E data to guide program work and maximize impact. Participants should be prepared to review their current M&E processes and leave with practical strategies for effectively collecting and utilizing data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
