In order to reduce reporting burden on its grantees, HAB has developed the Grantee Contract Management System, or GCMS. Derived from the RSR Grantee Report, the GCMS is a provider contract data entry system used to pre-populate several of HAB’s deliverables including the Ryan White Services Report (RSR), the Consolidated List of Contractors (CLC) Report, and the Allocations portion of the Allocations and Expenditures Report. Use of the GCMS eliminates the need for users to re-enter data into multiple reports.
Information from the GCMS is used to populate the RSR Grantee Report and RSR Provider Report with all the elements necessary to complete the RSR, such as provider relationships and funded services.
Users will not be required to make any changes to the RSR Grantee Report if the provider and service information that is populated from the GCMS is correct. If the data that populates in the individual report(s) are incorrect, however, you will edit the information in the GCMS and integrate your changes into your RSR via a new “Synchronize” option.
