Author(s): NASTADCenter for Engaging Black MSM across the Care Continuum

Improving Access to HIV Care: Lessons Learned from Designing, Implementing, and Evaluating the Indianapolis L2C Model: Viewers will learn about an intensive and individualized linkage to care program. Through significant financial support from AIDS United and The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis Indiana AIDS Fund, with research support at John's Hopkins University and CARDEA, The Damien Center developed a 3-year pilot program in collaboration with three local partner agencies. This webinar seeks to be a 'nuts and bolts' training session - from how partner agencies were identified to a review of staff training materials to evaluation models - what worked, and what didn't.
