This HRSA pre-application webinar reviewed the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Building Capacity to Implement Rapid Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) Start for Improved Care Engagement in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program – Implementation Sites (HRSA-20-114). The NOFO will fund implementation sites to conduct "rapid start" or the accelerated entry into HIV medical care and rapid initiation of antiretroviral therapy (ART) for targeted populations, as specified in the NOFO. Implementation sites will work with the Evaluation and Technical Assistance Provider that is funded under HRSA-20-113. Applications are due June 15, 2020.​

May 15, 2020 Update for HRSA-20-114: The total annual funding has increased from $2,000,000 to $3,075,000, the award ceiling amount has increased from $200,000 to $205,000 and the number of anticipated implementation sites increased from 10 to 15.
