In this session, Sarah Yates with Peterson HIV clinics talked about her approach to clinical quality management and Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Services Report (RSR). Join us to learn about how Sarah pulled together data from multiple sources into CAREWare to create the client-level data file for the RSR. She also reviewed current processes and futures plans for improving data, and share findings from a care retention and viral suppression disparities analysis.
