Under eligible scope reporting, providers should report all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) eligible clients on the RWHAP Services Report (RSR). Figuring out who these clients are can be a challenge, especially for large providers with a lot of data to sift through.

In this session:

  • Maria Freshman from WashU talks about the agency’s approaches to finding the right clients to report on the RSR, including filtering out clients who shouldn’t be included in the client-level data file.
  • Ryan Colonie from the Geisinger Health System discusses an algorithm used to identify clients with HIV to connect to RWHAP case management.
