Tools developed by the Rapid ART Dissemination Assistance Provider (DAP), a HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau initiative that identified best practices in implementation of Rapid Start services as standard of care for people living with HIV and served by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP). Resources were identified via an environmental scan, subsequent in-depth interviews, and analysis to identify the facilitators of Rapid Start provision and implementation.
