The HRSA EHE Initiative Triannual Report supports federal requirements to monitor and report on funds distributed through the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Initiative. Service providers that receive EHE Initiative funding report aggregate information on the number of clients receiving specific services and the number of clients who were prescribed antiretroviral medications in the previous four months. EHE data complements RSR and other reporting mechanisms and supports the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau's ability to monitor EHE Initiative activities and assess progress toward meeting national goals for ending the HIV epidemic.
