The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) is pleased to release the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Annual Client-Level Data Report, 2021.
The RWHAP ADAP provides access to HIV and HIV-related prescription drugs and access to medications through health care coverage assistance for eligible clients. In 2021, RWHAP ADAPs served more than 289,000 people with HIV.
The report presents client demographics, socioeconomic factors, and service utilization among clients served by ADAP. This report presents data from 2017 through 2021, nationally and by state and territory.
This publication reflects HRSA HAB’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the availability of timely program information for our recipients, stakeholders, and partners.
