Apply Now for TransECHO Training Sessions
Applications are being accepted from Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) health centers to participate in TransECHO, a training project that is creating a network of health centers and faculty expertise in transgender health care. More specifically, the training is to optimize clinician access, knowledge, and the support needed to provide culturally-responsible, comprehensive, primary care for transgender and gender non-binary clients. Participants in the 2018-2019 program will receive free training, technical assistance, and coaching in 12 two-hour sessions over a 12-month period.
TransECHO applications are due by April 6, 2018. Enrollment is limited to FQHCs that provide for transgender and gender non-binary clients and who have not previously participated in a TransECHO training clinic.
