CDC/HRSA Committee to Meet Nov 7-8
The CDC/HRSA Advisory Committee on HIV, Viral Hepatitis and STD Prevention and Treatment (CHAC) will meet in person November 7-8 in Bethesda, Maryland and offer virtual access through teleconference. The CHAC advises HHS, CDC, and HRSA on HIV, viral hepatitis, and other STDs in terms of objectives, strategies, policies, and priorities.
The November 7-8 agenda (subject to change) will include:
- CDC and HRSA updates
- CHAC workgroup reports and findings
- Strategies for serving women, infants, children, and youth
- Agency responses to the opioid crisis
- Telehealth initiatives

Members of the public will have the opportunity to provide comments. Provide written comments or send requests to make oral comments to HRSA's Theresa Jumento by November 2.
