A reminder - dually-funded RWHAP and HRSA Health Center Program recipients who are participating in the HRSA Monkeypox Vaccine Distribution Initiative and received shipments of the JYNNEOS vaccine must submit weekly administration and inventory/wastage data in the Health Partner Order Portal (HPOP). The deadline for weekly submission is 4:00 AM ET on Tuesdays for the previous Sunday through Saturday, unless notified that reporting on a specific holiday is not required. Required inventory data reported includes:
- Courses Administered (in vials)
- Courses Available (in vials): total number of vials currently on shelves/in freezers available to use/administer
- Wastage: date, reason for the wastage, and number of doses wasted (lot number and expiration date are optional)
RWHAP recipients that receive shipments should also follow state specific eligibility guidance for vaccination and enter any doses administered in your jurisdiction’s immunization registry.
