HIV.gov Locator Updated
The HIV.gov HIV Testing Sites & Care Services Locator has been updated and relaunched, featuring a cleaner look and new access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services. Other reported enhancements to the revamped locator include easier viewing on both mobile and desktop devices and a new interface that presents map or list views of services.
The Locator is based upon data drawn from various federal programs, including community-based clinics funded by HRSA's Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP). According to HIV.gov, the locator "provides locations of HIV-related services in communities across the United States," like housing, HIV testing, substance abuse and mental health services and more.
