HRSA has released three new Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs) for projects that will support people with HIV and build HIV agency capacity. Pre-application webinar dates for each NOFO are listed below.

  • Enhancing Engagement of People with HIV through Organizational Capacity Development and Leadership Training (E2tDLT) (HRSA-20-095) will fund one cooperative agreement to "support leadership development and enhance community engagement for people with HIV in health care planning and programs. The program also focuses on improving organizational readiness and strengthening the capacity of Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients and subrecipients to employ people with HIV." According to the NOFO, the project "builds on existing HRSA program curricula and resources to enhance leadership skills, community engagement, and organizational readiness to employ people with HIV." The pre-application webinar will be held January 29, 2020. Applications are due March 18, 2020.
  • Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part C Capacity Development Program (HRSA-20-067) will fund up to 60 grants to agencies to "strengthen organizational infrastructure to respond to the changing health care landscape and to increase capacity to develop, enhance, or expand access to high quality HIV primary health care services for low income, uninsured, and underserved people with HIV." The pre-application webinar will be held January 23, 2020. Applications are due March 26, 2020.
  • Quality Improvement Solutions for Sustained Epidemic Control Project (QISSEC) (HRSA-20-083) will fund two cooperative agreements to "facilitate improvements in quality across the HIV care continuum at the facility level (defined as the location where persons diagnosed with HIV receive care and treatment), and to support dissemination and spread of these improvements to other facilities and implementing partners in low to middle-income countries (LMIC), supported by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)." The pre-application webinar will be held January 17, 2020. Applications are due March 27, 2020.
