In late April, we announced the below HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) announcements. Presented below are links to the NOFOs and the archived pre-application webinars for each, which were held in recent weeks. The NOFOs are variably funded under HHS's Minority HIV/AIDS Fund and HRSA's Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.
Reducing Stigma at Systems, Organizational, and Individual Client Levels in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (HRSA-20-112). This NOFO will fund one cooperative agreement for a training and technical assistance program to reduce stigma for people with HIV on multiple levels throughout the health care delivery system, including on an individual client level. The program will focus on implementing various stigma-reducing approaches, with an emphasis on cultural humility. Applications are due June 8, 2020.

Building Capacity to Implement Rapid Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) Start for Improved Care Engagement in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program – IMPLEMENTATION SITES (HRSA-20-114). This NOFO will fund implementation sites to implement and evaluate “rapid start” or the accelerated entry into HIV medical care and rapid initiation of antiretroviral therapy (ART) for populations specified in the NOFO. Sites will work with the Evaluation and Technical Assistance Provider that is funded under HRSA-20-113. Applications are due June 15, 2020.
Building Capacity to Implement Rapid Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) Start for Improved Care Engagement in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program – EVALUATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDER (ETAP) (HRSA-20-113). This NOFO will fund one cooperative agreement to provide evaluation and technical assistance (TA) to implementation sites that are funded separately under HRSA-20-114. The ETAP will also evaluate the implementation of rapid start interventions and their outcomes on the HIV care continuum for future replication and scale-up in other RWHAP agencies. Applications are due June 15, 2020.
Care and Treatment Coordination: Black Women with HIV
Improving Care and Treatment Coordination: Focusing on Black Women with HIV – DEMONSTRATION SITES (HRSA-20-116). This NOFO seeks applications for awards to design, implement, and evaluate bundled interventions, defined as a group of evidence-informed practices put together into a package that when implemented together produces better health outcomes than when the practices are delivered separately. Bundled interventions will address socio-cultural health determinants, expand the delivery and utilization of comprehensive HIV care and treatment services, support continuous engagement in care, and improve health outcomes for Black women with HIV in a culturally sensitive and responsive manner. Funded sites will collaborate with the Evaluation and Technical Assistance Provider funded under HRSA-20-115. Applications are due June 15, 2020.
