Budgets, expenditures, client characteristics, and viral suppression rates are among the data points outlined in the 2025 Annual Report for AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs), the largest fiscal component of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP).

The report, prepared by NASTAD under its ADAP Monitoring Project and funded with non-federal funding, provides a detailed look at state ADAP programs, which provide access to HIV-related medications to lower income individuals in the U.S. Sections cover:
