New Crop of Agencies Funded to Expand HIV Self-Testing

TargetHIV

Fifty-three agencies have received funding to establish and/or expand HIV self-testing programs in particularly marginalized communities.

Grants were awarded by the CDC Foundation and average under $100,000 for one-year projects to address a rather robust set of five objectives. The goal of expanding HIV self-testing via a new and diverse crop of agencies with connections to their clients and communities is evident in the list of funded agencies, selected under an RFP with specific eligibility criteria.
