Tailored Technical Assistance for RWHAP and Other HIV Service Providers is available from 1-on-1 TA from IHIP Experts.

IHIP offers two types of capacity building technical assistance (CBTA) to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients, subrecipients and other providers:

Replication CBTA

Peer-to-peer technical assistance to help you and your organization replicate IHIP interventions. Replication CBTA is available for the following IHIP interventions:

  • Early Intervention Services and Outreach (EISO)
  • Enlaces Por La Salud
  • Housing First to Treat and Prevent HIV
  • Homeless Health Outreach and Mobile Engagement (HHOME)
  • Integration of Comprehensive HIV Medical Care with Addiction Services
  • KC Life 360
  • Maricopa County Jail Project
  • Positive Peers
  • Text Me, Girl!
  • Viviendo Valiente

Dissemination CBTA

Dissemination CBTA is provided by IHIP subject matter experts to support you as you develop and share implementation manuals, tools, and resources. Dissemination CBTA topic areas include: 

  • Communication approaches and best practices
  • Use of visual elements
  • Document accessibility
  • Documenting intervention implementation
  • Plain language writing
  • Translating data for storytelling
  • Promoting your intervention

If your organization is interested IHIP CBTA opportunities, please email the IHIP Help Desk. Organizations will be selected on a rolling basis and prioritized based on the responses provided in a brief online needs assessment form, as well as input from HRSA HAB.
