SPNS Initiative: Strengthening Systems of Care for People with HIV and Opioid Use Disorder (2019–2022)

This initiative will assist states in leverage resources for people with HIV and opioid use disorder (OUD). At the federal, state, and local levels. Assistance will be provided by two System Coordination Providers (SCPs). They will work across 14 state partners.
