This 101 session explores resources and programs fostering equitable and inclusive care, including services through the Administration for Community Living funded organizations, New York State Department of Health, and the NYS Office for the Aging; shares experiences of providers and people aging with HIV in identifying resources, strategize partnerships, and advocate for initiatives uplifting the quality of life for older adults with HIV.

  • Understand the community aging resources available to the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients and providers.
  • Examine how to identify and develop partnerships to access community aging resources.
