Session focuses on the RWHAP SPNS BWF initiative implemented to meet the various needs of Black women with HIV. Attendees will learn best practices to meaningfully involve Black women with HIV through community engagement and all initiative aspects including intervention development, implementation, outreach, and recruitment.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe strategies for community engagement to enhance program implementation and uptake of bundled HIV interventions.
  • Identify strategies for engaging and supporting the empowerment of Black women in their care and in the community.
  • Share curriculum and a toolkit as well as experiences and lessons learned of a leadership development program for CAB members.
