Data to Care for RWHAP Clients Coinfected with HIV and Hepatitis C: Lessons Learned for RWHAP Jurisdictions and Providers

Highlight of data-to-care efforts to improve cure of hepatitis C virus (HCV) among people with HIV. Guidance is provided on linking RWHAP, HIV surveillance, and HCV surveillance data to identify people coinfected with HIV and HCV and working with clinics for outreach and linkage activities.
