Description

Highlight of data-to-care efforts to improve cure of hepatitis C virus (HCV) among people with HIV. Guidance is provided on linking RWHAP, HIV surveillance, and HCV surveillance data to identify people coinfected with HIV and HCV and working with clinics for outreach and linkage activities.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify strategies for matching HIV and HCV surveillance data and RWHAP data to identify coinfected populations and treatment opportunities at the jurisdiction and clinic levels.
  • Identify approaches for jurisdiction and clinic partnerships for data sharing and outreach and linkage.
  • Identify next steps in developing an HCV data- to-care strategy in your own jurisdiction.
