Engage Leadership through Employment, Validation & Advancing Transformation & Equity (ELEVATE) was created to build the capacity of people with HIV to be meaningfully involved in planning, delivering, and improving Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) services. This institute introduces various tools to assess and critically think about areas of leadership development.
