Description
Representatives from Cooper Health System's Early Intervention Program (EIP), Behavioral Medicine Program, and CAI Global collaborated to enhance trauma-informed care into the structure, culture, and services the EIP provides. Multiple program initiatives are presented: creation of a rapid response team, digital behavioral health assessment, trauma education, and de-escalation training.
