The BLOC program was demonstrated to be feasible and effective, resulting in significant findings related to increases in participant knowledge, comfort, and skills for participating in and leading HIV planning activities. BLOC partners share how the BLOC program and curriculum were developed, implemented, and evaluated, including the adaptations for key populations.
