Strategies for recognizing burnout, leveraging community resources, and innovating partnerships in rural areas. Recipients will present best practices and their strategies to improve workforce development, enhance collaborations, and proactively reduce staff and provider burnout.

  • Identify federal resources, including the RWHAP AETC Program and initiatives to reduce provider burnout in rural areas.
  • Identify strategies for innovative collaboration that may improve clinical outcomes for their clients in rural areas.
