Description

Review of developing, implementing, and monitoring service standards for funded RWHAP Parts A and B service categories, emphasizing stakeholder engagement. RWHAP recipients have made progress with developing initial service standards but may benefit from further discussion around implementing standards to establish a minimum expectation of quality care and services.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify strategies for developing and revising service standards that include stakeholder input.
  • Understand approaches to implement and use service standards within a state/territory/jurisdiction-wide system of HIV care.
  • Consider models for monitoring the ability for subrecipients to adhere to RWHAP Parts A and B service standards.
