Description

RWHAP recipients share their efforts toward streamlining RWHAP eligibility determination and confirmation by examining current processes and systems, exploring data centralization and integration, and assessing the administrative, technical, and policy-related barriers and facilitators in determining client eligibility and reducing client and administrative burden while enhancing the customer experience.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify examples of RWHAP recipient initiatives aimed at streamlining eligibility across RWHAP parts.
  • Learn how to leverage best practices and lessons learned strategies from RWHAP recipients to address streamlining eligibility barriers.
  • Understand resources available to support RWHAP recipients and subrecipients in streamlining eligibility activities through peer learning exchange.
