CAREWare 6 User Training: Region 3

This webinar training for the new, browser-based version 6 of CAREWare is for Region 2: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

The session will walk users through the screen layouts and show the main data entry and report features of CAREWare 6 (e.g. how to add a client or enter services and labs and run custom reports/RSR).  Participants can do these tasks during the training if they are logged into the test server (see instructions below) and submit questions in the Adobe webinar chat window (or over the phone, depending on the number of participants).

How to Access the Test Server?

When you register for the webinar, please furnish your email address. HRSA will send you a temporary CAREWare 6 user account and password so that you can log in to the server during the hands-on training session. HRSA will also send you drafts of the updated Quick Start User Guides for CAREWare 6. When you receive your temporary user account, login to the test server and make sure that you can connect.  If you experience any problems, contact the helpdesk at 877-294-3571.
