Integrating HIV Primary Care in Community Health Care Settings

In this webinar, representatives from two demonstration sites funded by the HRSA HAB Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) program will share strategies for optimizing human resources, streamlining processes, and improving healthcare quality in HIV primary care programs. Speakers will describe how to:
- Design innovative Practice Transformative Models (PTMs) for the delivery of HIV services
- Reduce silos in healthcare organizations; build effective multidisciplinary teams
- Expand training in HIV medicine for primary care providers.
Presenters will also share their experiences, lessons learned, and provide practical knowledge about how to implement and sustain a PTM. Also hear intervention replication tips and information on how SPNS demonstration sites collaborated with AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETCs). The webinar will also include a Q&A session.
