Cost Analysis Basics

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program core medical providers need to have a strong understanding of what it costs to deliver services. This information is useful in negotiating contract terms with health plans and helping agencies ensure that they cover the cost of the services they deliver.

This session reviews several approaches to conducting a cost analysis of HIV care delivery, including:

  • How to choose which approach is best for your program
  • How to use the results to navigate the changing health care environment
