A good number of technical resources were added to our Library in the first week of November (give or take a few days), brining the collection to well over 700 items. New resources deal with needs assessment, collection of client level data, and quality improvement. Here's a recap.
- Estimating Unmet Need: Required Reporting Templates and Optional Calculation Tables Package is part of a new HRSA project that has developed a new methodology for estimating unmet need for HIV care. Learn more about Estimating Unmet Need for HIV Primary Medical Care.
- New technical assistance tools for the client level data system, the HRSA Ryan White Services Report (RSR), include the Annual RSR Data Validation Messages (from the DISQ TA provider) and RSR Merge Rules (from HRSA). Learn more about DISQ, the TA provider, and resources for the RSR and other RWHAP data systems.
- Setting the Standard: A Comprehensive Overview of Service Standards for Part A Planning Councils/Planning Bodies is a recent webinar featuring Los Angeles and St. Louis approaches to using service standards to improve HIV care. See more planning tools from Planning CHATT, the HRSA TA provider.
- A create+equity Collaborative Toolkit was added to the site. This recently-launched national quality improvement initiative seeks to mitigate barriers associated with social determinants of health experienced by people with HIV. Learn more about the create+equity Collaborative and apply to join by November 30.
