Request an In It Together Health Literacy Training

From the ACE TA Center Listserv - We are reaching out to organizations serving 34 eligible communities (see cities below), to offer the In It Together Health Literacy Community Training. In It Together is a training initiative designed to help health professionals incorporate health literacy approaches into their service delivery, with the goal of improving engagement and retention in HIV care and treatment.

There are two free, 1 hour, in-person In It Together health literacy trainings available to organizations in eligible communities (see list below). We encourage you to request the training that best meets the needs of your organization or partners/subrecipients:

  1. Improving Health Literacy for All: Designed for health professionals serving a diverse spectrum of people living with and at risk for HIV
  2. Improving Health Literacy for Black Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM):Designed for health professionals serving Black/African American gay, bisexual, same-gender-loving men, and other MSM
