I'm working on re-writing the question on providers CW forms because it currently does not capture the amount of testing we're actually doing. The question on the QSR asks: How many MSM patients with HIV, who identified sexual risk behaviors, were tested for gonorrhea in each reporting quarter?
An attempt to address the issue a few years back added the response 'no, patient not sexually active or in a monogamous relationship.'
We use EPIC and I'm thinking we could have the most recent lab values populate in their notes if that would help streamline their process. Hoping someone can share what questions are working for them.
