This In Focus document gives an overview of the client-level XML import rules for merging records when an AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) submits more than one client-level data file. An ADAP may have their enrollment, demographic, and clinical information in one system, and their drug services data in other system, which might require two uploads.
