Review of the medical care and support needs of aging adults with HIV. Includes an examination of proven methods of creating health care environments and health care teams to provide care for the aging population.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify and support service care needs and understand potential measures to help prepare Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) providers to improve the provision of high quality care interventions and treatments
  • Learn about emerging models of care aimed at improving care management and treatment for people with HIV who are aging
  • Understand RWHAP AIDS Education and Training Centers' (AETC) technical assistance tools and resources are available for RWHAP providers
