HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB)

Federal agency that administers the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) and the Global HIV/AIDS Program and plays a critical role in helping diagnose, treat, prevent, and respond as part of the "Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America" initiative. The RWHAP is the largest federal program focused exclusively on HIV/AIDS care for people without sufficient health care coverage, or financial resources for coping with HIV disease.
