SPNS Improving Care and Treatment Coordination Black Women with HIV

Innovative strategies adapted by agencies to deliver bundled interventions for improving health outcomes for Black women with HIV during the COVID-19 pandemic. Agencies are the 12 demonstration sites under the SPNS Initiative, Improving Care and Treatment Coordination: Focusing on Black Women with HIV (BWF). Strategies include:

  • Adapting New Communication Platforms for Accessing Health Care Services
  • Providing Education and Resources to Address COVID-19
  • Holistic Wellness
  • Transportation Support
  • Employment Support and Connection to Financial Resources
