Tool to help Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients develop robust partnerships with recipients and their subcontractors in order to meet funding requirements for clinical quality management. Such partnerships are variable, depending on the type of RWHAP grant recipient (e.g., large systems, such as an Eligible Metropolitan Areas (EMA).
They are expected to have strong subcontractor involvement in quality improvement on both system and subcontractor levels. Whereas small Transitional Grant Areas (TGA) or other networks may apply these expectations differently. The guide is designed so that users can approach sub recipient engagement as a starting point. Or from the standpoint of having a more experienced relationship that requires attention to specific areas.
