Partnering with Subcontractors to Improve HIV Care

This tool can help RWHAP recipients develop strong partnerships with recipients and their subcontractors. This helps them meet funding requirements for clinical quality management. These partnerships depending on the type of RWHAP grant recipient; such as Eligible Metropolitan Areas (EMAs).

They are expected to have strong subcontractor involvement in quality improvement on both system and subcontractor levels. Whereas small Transitional Grant Areas (TGA) or other networks may apply these expectations differently. The guide is designed so that users can approach sub recipient engagement as a starting point. Or from the standpoint of having a more experienced relationship that requires attention to specific areas.
