Under Eligible Scope reporting, providers have been reporting data on all clients who are eligible to receive Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP)-funded services. Since the beginning of the 2020 calendar year data collection period, providers are also required to include services funded through RWHAP-related program income and pharmaceutical rebates. This is called Eligible Services reporting.
