RSR in Focus: Using the Grantee Contract Management System (GCMS)

This In Focus document provides an overview of how to access and navigate contract information stored in the Grantee Contract Management System (GCMS). The GCMS is used to populate the RSR Grantee Report, Allocations Report, and Consolidated List of Contracts, if applicable. Use of the GCMS eliminates the need for recipients to re-enter data into multiple reports.
