Julie A. Saber is a Public Health Nurse and the Quality Coordinator of the Texas Department of State Health Services HIV/STD/TB Prevention & Care Services Unit.

Julie’s work is focused on improving health outcomes for communities across Texas in the field of prevention and care for people living with or at risk for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), Tuberculosis (TB) and other infectious diseases that affect the health of Texans.

Mary Salome, MS

Ms. Salome has 20+ years in Web development and multimedia production. She has a Masters in Communication from Stanford University, and a certificate in Technical Writing from UC Berkeley Extension. At the UCSF Center for HIV Information she supervises the production team; manages the overall timelines, strategies, and production staffing across all CHI sites; tends to servers, domain registration, and site performance; and produces content for delivery in multiple formats.

Alan Gambrell

Alan Gambrell has over 26 years of experience providing technical assistance, program analysis, writing/editing, communications, and organizational development to over 15 federal U.S. agencies and dozens of states, local governments, nonprofit agencies, and national associations. He has written, edited, and produced over 90 studies, including analyses of health cost and delivery issues, evaluations, needs assessments, reports, national treatment guidelines, and technical assistance documents for health care agencies.
