SPNS Initiative: Capacity Building in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program to Support Innovative Program Model Replication (2019–2022)

This initiative focused on building and enhancing the capacity of RWHAP recipients and subrecipients to replicate evidence-informed models of care/interventions among RWHAP jurisdictions. This was accomplished by using previously developed program implementation tools, manuals, and other resources.

The project focused on dissemination and replication of evidence-informed innovative models of care/interventions in four jurisdictions:

  • New Orleans: CHW, Data to Care
  • Atlanta: Peers, In It Together, Trans Life Care
  • Las Vegas: Rapid ART
  • Mississippi: CHW
